(Last Six Months)
ReinStrong – Polypropylene Structural Macrofiber
Floors for a Logistics Terminal
Latvia
Structural polypropylene macrofiber (60 mm length, 1.0 mm diameter) was added at 5 kg per 1 m³ of concrete during mixing. Thanks to this, 200 mm thick floors withstand continuous movement of heavy forklifts and overhead cranes with loads up to 10 tons without cracks or spalling.
ReinGlass – Fiberglass Fiber
Decorative Concrete Panels for a Shopping Mall
Czech Republic
Fiberglass fiber (14 μm diameter, 18 mm length) was added at 3 kg per 1 m³ of concrete for producing thin decorative panels (16–18 mm thick). The fibers preserved high crack resistance, prevented deformation during transportation and installation on the building façade, and fully met the design specifications with complex geometrical shapes.
ReinBas – Basalt Fiber
Chemical Product Warehouse
Bulgaria
Basalt fiber (24 mm length, 13 μm diameter) was used at 2.5 kg per 1 m³ of concrete to reinforce floors and foundations. The material provided high resistance to aggressive chemical environments (alkaline solutions, salts) and temperature fluctuations from –25 °C to +45 °C. This ensures a service life of over 25 years without major repairs.
ReinFlex – Polymer Macrofiber
Industrial Workshop in an Industrial Park
Romania
Polymer macrofiber (54 mm length, 0.9 mm diameter) replaced steel mesh in 180 mm thick industrial concrete floors. The dosage was 4.5 kg per 1 m³ of concrete, completely eliminating the need for traditional steel reinforcement. This reduced reinforcement installation time by 30% and lowered transportation costs due to compact 10 kg bag packaging. After commissioning, the floors withstand daily loads exceeding 8 tons from heavy warehouse equipment and vehicles without cracking.
ReinLite – Polypropylene Microfibre
Logistics Complex, Poznań
Poland
During the construction of warehouses totaling over 12,000 m², ReinLite microfibre (18 μm diameter, 12 mm length) was used to reinforce the concrete screed under polymer flooring. The dosage was 0.9 kg per 1 m³ of C25/30 concrete. Adding the fibers during mixing prevented shrinkage cracks and ensured a uniform concrete structure. Deliveries were made in 1 kg bags, simplifying logistics and on-site storage.
